The WDL site is for wholesale, trade sales only and in order to use the WDL site and to purchase from WDL, you must complete and submit a signed application form and supply proof of identity.

- Download and print an Account Application form. You can see the links for our Account Application forms below.
- Complete the form, making sure you answer all questions.
- Return your completed Application Form, along with the requested proofs of identity, to the fax number or address listed on the form.
We will process your application form and contact you with your account details if the information you provide is satisfactory.
